1. Power supply
Connect the AC power line with a 10A fuse in series and connect it to terminals L1 and L2 through a double-pole switch;
2. Motor
Connect the DC motor wires to terminals A1 and A2, if the motor runs in the opposite direction, switch A1 and A2 after turning off the AC power;
3. Speed signal
Connect a 2W10KΩ potentiometer between V+ SIG COM to adjust the speed, and the center of the potentiometer is connected to SIG;
If an analog signal is used, the negative pole is connected to COM, and the signal terminal is connected to SIG. Note that the signal must be isolated, and the speed and direction are controlled by 0-±10V;
4. Start/stop control switch
EN and COM are the start and stop control terminals, and whether it is turned on or off depends on the jumper J4; when J4 is turned on, the motor runs when EN and COM are turned on, and when it is turned off, the motor stops; when J4 is turned off , when EN and COM are connected, the motor stops, and when they are disconnected, the motor runs;
5. Direction control switch
When DIR and COM are connected, the motor runs forward, and when it is disconnected, it runs reversely;
Jumper settings (J1-J5 from bottom to top)
1. J1: armature voltage selection, when off, 0-180V, when on, 0-90V;
2. J2 speed or torque mode selection, it is speed mode when it is off, and it is torque mode when it is on;
3. J3 regeneration function selection, regenerative braking when disconnected, natural stop when connected;
4. J4 start/stop switch selection,
5. J5 current limit selection, if the motor current is less than 2.5A, short circuit; if the motor current is greater than 2.5A, disconnect;
Note: Be sure to confirm that the AC power is disconnected when setting
indicator light
1. Green light
Steady on: enable;
Flash once: disabled;
2. Red light
Steady on: the armature current reaches the set current/or working state in torque mode;
Potentiometer function description
1. MAX SP: Adjust the maximum output voltage, decrease counterclockwise;
2. OFFSET: Offset adjustment, when the minimum speed needs to be set, adjust this potentiometer;
3. CL: Adjust the maximum output current, decrease counterclockwise;
4. IR: Torque compensation function: increase clockwise, decrease counterclockwise;
